Steve has been helping clients achieve their business and real estate goals for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience working providing outside general counsel services to growing businesses, and real estate investors and developers.

He is admitted to the following federal courts: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, District of Utah, District of Colorado, Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. Business Adminstration, cum laude, from California Lutheran University.
